Make no mistake if this interviewing process wasn't on tv, Sugar would have hired Syed.

he's clearly a liar and a bullshitter. he'd have had no chance "in the real world". not even an interview.

Syed made good viewing, and you could see that AS was sort of warming to him. At least I don't have to hear all that crap about his east end routes and knowing the value of money.

I rather warmed to him in the end but as soon as he was paired with Ruth for the task it was all over. Syed was better than Ansell and Michelle though both of whom should go next week to set up the Ruth v Paul final.

I liked the guy. I like someone who is so enthusiastic and has so much energy and wants to bang down doors to make something happen for himself. If we had more people like him in the country and the Labour government did not fleece anyone who wants to rise above the mediocre this country would not be in the shite it is imho.

He shamelessly lies to unknowing customers in order to sell. If you admire that, you're stupid because that's not being energetic, it's being deceitful.

He dropped a faux pair about saying the car could be sold at a profit but that was the only fib he told. He was just too over enthsiastic and needed training and focussing. The raw talent was there.

that's rubbish, and so is that twaddle about the labour government.

he lied continuously and this equates to being a liar not an overenthusiastic raw talent. no businessman would touch him.

i understand that he worked in a call centre before the show. hardly a captain of industry is he.

As an HR professional, seeing him lie on a number fo occasions I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. He is a complete liability for any business. Completely suited to being a recruitment consultant in my opinion and they are the lowest of the low.

Ruth is a 'one trick pony' who can sell very well but I don't think can manage as she does not listen to other ideas.

Paul is a typical headhunter - full of himself- but he has shown a few skills and some creativity so I'll back him to survive this week together with Michelle as I think Ansell is just a second hand car salesman - although he wasn't very good at that was he.

Great viewing though.

He also suggested that the Raffle tickets he sold without putting the buyers name on the back were not put into the draw, which he lied about last night. A far biggewr fraud than the car one I would suggest if he wasnt talked around

Although to be fair to him there was no actual footage of him saying that he would'nt put the tickets in.

True, but Ruth was very concerned that he had not and kept checking with him to make sure, so there was certainly the suggestion that it had been brought up
