Paloma should have quit whilst ahead. Alex saved himself with the advert and was being set up (Nick could have done for him when he was asked to advise just how annoying Alex was). If Paloma had kept quiet then wild eyes would have gone (for doing little and joining in the witch hunt)but the last outburst saved her.

The "you're fired" show is quite telling. Unlike that hideous Mel last week, you sensed that Paloma had learned her lesson. She took on board all the comments directed at her, and cringed at her own unnecessary aggression and rudeness. There was a real lesson there, and she seemed to have seen that.

Mel, on the other hand, turned up with a makeover (look at me, I've changed!) and still wouldn't accept any of the criticism from any of the other contestants. Despite what the panelists were saying, I bet she's every bit as odious and f***ing useless right now as she was during the show.

So who is going next?

I think it's got to be a choice between:
Sandeesh (doesn't do anything, ever)
Laura (everything is SO unfair *sob*)
Stuart (mostly competent enough but prone to absolutely massive f*** ups)
and
Joanna (fairly talented and creative but rubs people up the wrong way)

Tough one - I reckon Sandeesh or Joanna. I would keep Laura around for a few more weeks at least <3

Spot on Sim. I LOVE that programme. Daira started slowly but is now driving it very well.

Joanna's calmed down since the first two weeks - besides most of her bust-ups were with Mel who could have probably started an argument with Mahatma Gandhi and Mother Theresa.

If Sandeesh and Laura are on a losing team, then one of them will go. Lord Spiv has their cards marked.

Sandeesh? ... personally I'd love her to work with my merchandise ... she's just my cup of darjeeling.

I reckon it might be Baggsy purely on what we saw from the preview. It's a creative task, and I think he'll get stuck right into it but do something really stupid.

Otherwise Sandeesh.

She did look 100 times better on You're Fired. I think it was partly because her face was totally relaxed, whereas during the entire series she's been a right little stress bag.

No co-incidence the team with my 4 favourites (Liz, Stella, Jamie and Christopher) won.

Yes, there's a discrepancy in the quality of the teams. Joanna, who I think is strong too, was in that team.

I think the other Christopher is stronger though. We know that the scouse Christopher in the team with Liz and Stella doesn't win as the tabs have told us he's on the run from the rozzers.:lolol:

Balls - she is a bitch and that is not going to change. She is just a clever bitch who realises that she has to sucker people in to thinking that she isn't. Underneath it all she won't change one bit. She has a cold heart and that was totally clear in last nights show.

I'd still love to give her one though.

The clips we saw of next week's show have kept the teams the same as this week.

On the basis that yesteday's winners will have bonded on their "treat" at the races I expect Sandeesh, Baggsy, Alex, Laura and Chris to lose again. It also looked as though either Sandeesh and Alex were leading the task.

My prediction: Final 3 of Alex, Sandeesh and Laura.
Fired: Sandeesh.

I wanted Alex out, as Paloma and Sandeesh are hot, but i thought Sugar might have got rid of Sandeesh as i think he is keeping his eye on her as doesnt she contrubutes much.
But unfortuntely as good as she looked on this last episode, she couldnt keep her mouth shut and ended up digging her own grave, a real shame as i think she could have had a real chance of winning the entire show.
My tip for the final 3 is as follows.
not in order

Jamie Lester, Stella English and Chris Bates.

I did think that Paloma would make it but seeing she is out, is some pretty weak contestants left that i think be kicked out very soon in Alex, Joanna, Laura and beautiful eyed Sandeesh.
Stuart bigs himself up too much and gotta be careful not to do a Paloma, but i think Chris and Liz could also push themselves into the last 5.

But anyone else agree the eye candy this season is awesome, in my opinion the hottest is

1 - Paloma
2 - Stella
3 - Liz
4 - Sandeesh

The rest do nothing for me, but the four above i think are lovely.
