Have you ever found yourself recruiting the new Albion generation???

I met two young lads early 20's on the train from Waterlooville yesterday and found them very knowledgeable about football and the Albion players.

They were bored at home and wanted to watch a good game so risked coming to the Amex without tickets as "Pompey are now crap", what music to my ears i thought. They managed to get tickets in the Southstand at the ground as i met with them again in Dicks.

I hope they enjoyed the match and tell their mates.

Have you tried recruiting new fans?

Have you met many neutrals at the Amex?

Do you know of any brand new Albion fans?

They saw some good action with the ball hitting the bar three times down the south end.......also the last (96th) minute goal by Rovers. For a neutral it must have been entertaining. Really hope they enjoyed it and want to come again. They may even get hooked and start following the super Seagulls..............lets hope Mouldy!!

How did they get them on the day?

Is there a Sussex Uni society of Brighton fans? I'm studying there, but only on campus one day a week, so much of it passes me by.

I'm stilled confused as to why the club don't offer student prices or do we sell out?

As a primary school teacher, it is my life's work to convert / persuade children to ditch their allegiances to other teams and make them realise that the only team to support is the Albion. Any child that comes to my after school football club gets house points for every item of Albion kit they're wearing. I also occasionally teach other life lessons and even the odd maths.

No, we don't sell out.

No students will come, when at the moment only£34.00 tickets are on sale for Tuesday.

How many students will take up the offer to watch a second tier football match with a pie and a pint for £34.00?

Because thats the price as of this evening.

It would be nice if they could offer last minute deals to students for half price if there are tickets left a few hours before kick off.

Somehow I need to get my 2 granddaughters involved. the eldest (9) has just started playing and knows how much the Albion mean to me. As a toddler she could kick a ball and say Goal!! Seagulls !!! so the seed is hopefully planted. The younger one will hopefully follow her sister.

I don't think they need to offer student tickets at the moment as they tend to sell out anyway. I for one would love them to introduce them - it would make my ST a hell of a lot cheaper!
