The below relates to concourse outlets:

1. Is Elliott aware that people often have to queue up for 30 minutes or more to get served?

2. Is Elliott aware that people often find that there item is no longer available when they finally get to the front of the queue, even pre-match?

3. Is service now operating at the required optimum levels? If not, how close does Elliott perceive it to be?

4. Are the club happy with how concourse catering is operating?

Did the show this evening. Elliott was a nice chap, and Richard was... himself. :p

A few things we learned...

• Average beer consumption at each home match is in the region of 13,000-14,000 pints. That's around the same as is served at the Emirates each match. 6,500 of those are pints of Harvey's.

• The kiosks and bars may well serve soups as the weather gets colder and mulled wine closer to Christmas.

• It's not a syrup.

• I've blagged a role as a burger tester.

This was off-air stuff. We got most of the questions and comments that were stated on here asked, and learned a few things about what's coming up. If you want to know the answers, tune in at midday on 97.2FM in Brighton & Hove, or listen online at radioreverb.com. If you miss Saturday's show, you can hear it at albionroar.co.uk or via iTunes.

Guys, I don't even think you need suggestions on what to ask Elliot Moore. Just come up with a clever way of intimating the general feeling of fans on queues, service, training (lack of), staffing levels etc etc as I'm sure you will. This is the bloke who's responsible for it all, I'd love to hear what he has to say, and especially to see if he knows what we all know - that it could be infinitely better.

This iis providiing of course, that we all agree with your opinions Mr.Fish. Personally, the fiirst two games excepted, l've encountered no problems with queues, trainiing, service levels etc. of the food outlets at the Amex. Maybe thats simply because l tend to arriive early, and before queues have had the chance to build up.

p.s ... were your resposible for the hurricane of 1987?.

Glad things work out fine for you. But if you ever paid the slightest bit of interest to what other people think and if you'd even read 10% of the threads on here on the subject you'd know that you are in a tiny, tiny minority and most of us, to a greater or lesser extent, echo Billy's views.

And p.s. - how the f*** do you work the hurricane of '87 into that?

:lolol: He was addressing Billy the FISH...
I know he was! I was just curious to know how Billy the Fish, England's greatest goalkeeper, could be responsible for the Hurricane. Have I missed something?

Edit: Surname of Fish perhaps? Still an odd comment.

It is true that I have been significantly less than impressed by Azures efforts in the 1901. However I have made my feelings known by email and Elliot has taken considerable time at the last two games to sit with me and explain their problems and to tell me some of their ideas for fixing them. I don't know how much of what he has told me is publicly available so I'll leave him to do his own talking.

He is a thoroughly nice chap, seems well aware of their deficiencies and is very keen to overcome them. Whether or not he can fix them I don't know but am prepared to give him time to try.

I also know that he has seen some of the NSC threads expressing disapproval as I sent him links to them after he told me they don't actually get much feedback.

That is the single most encouraging post I've seen yet on the catering deficiences :clap2:

Interesting stats given by Elliott. The average numbers of consumers of food and drinks in football grounds is 40%. At the Amex it's well over 70%. Usage is not far short of the Emirates. No wonder they're having teething problems. He comes over as a determined type who is well aware of the issues and is confident of getting it right.

Addressing problems with 1901 Club and Chicken Balti pies are coming - but definitely no chips or catering vans outside.

It was a good show but RH seems to be burying his hesd in the sand some one is going to be seriously hurt, I can take care of myself but others with young kids outside and millwall on the rampage will make palace look like a tea party. They have been very spoilt at withdean over the years practically trouble free so have no reel idea of serious disorder and how to deal with it ,im sure pc Balkam has similar concerns but as usual high ranking officers know best .That is how Hilsborough happened wrong men in charge with out of touch views .

Well you say that - but was there trouble at Withdean with Millwall ? I saw a few of them and don't remember significant problems - and everyone was out at the same time and back to park and rides and the station.
