He scored a free kick against us up there late last season (Which PIG should have got to)

I may be wrong, but I think it was Oliver Norwood who scored that. However you are right....kuszczak should have saved it. That being said, it was never a free kick in the first place!

Brighton - In your face
Nothing new but here's sky 33m ago.

Brighton and Middlesbrough are continuing talks with Huddersfield Town over Adam Clayton, Sky Sports understands.

Huddersfield are holding firm over their valuation of the former Leeds and Manchester City man, despite Clayton having just 12 months left on his current deal.

The 25-year-old has become an integral part of the Town set-up since joining from Leeds in 2012, and he has been the subject of a number of bids this summer, with Boro and Brighton both having offers rejected.

The two clubs are continuing dialogue with Town, but they also have other targets they are progressing with.

Town's signing of Radoslaw Majewski on loan from Nottingham Forest this week has encouraged both Boro and Brighton further that they can prise Clayton away from the John Smith's Stadium.

I have nothing to add to what is or isn't happening, but just want to point out a tweet from a Huddersfield fan:

If Clayton leaves for Brighton then fair enough that is a step up, but Middlesbrough would just be a sideways move #htafc #bhafc #mfc

11 goals from midfield last season. Stone the crows! Sign him up buttercup.

When was the last time one of our midfielders got into double figures? Answers on a postcard.

Crofts would have got close if he had stayed fit for the rest of the season, he was on 6 when he got injured.

Apologies you are absolutely right, not sure why I thought it was Clayton!

Wow, I don't think Clayton could give the slightest sh1t about what a 17 year old has to say!

Obviously, but it's more interesting how perceptions have changed. Gone are the days where signing someone from a team in our division is by their fans as, at best, a sideways move.

Most Championship fans would call it a sideways move tbf. I think this particular guy feels we've got a better chance of going up this year.

Sky Sports also reporting this as well now.

Huddersfield could be set to lose midfielder Adam Clayton, who has only 12 months remaining on his current Terriers deal. The 25-year-old is a transfer target for Championship rivals Brighton and Middlesbrough, both of whom are understood to be in talks with Town and are haggling over the fee.
