Ee , when I were a lad the top football pitch used to be covered in dogshit and broken glass making it the best in Whitehawk.
We also spent 50 million on the 5* hotel and spa facilities and the second longest golf course in Europe and ours was built in 1998. Come the mid 00's we had more football players playing league football than any other team in the uk.
Ours aren't just in the top ten. We are top even beating Chelsea. This was revealed at our Fans Forum on Tuesday night.
That might be the case but when was the last time you produced a england international playing for your club or played top flight football. Or had a champions league winner play for your club or a World Cup winner. Or play in a european final or win a domestic cup or qualify for uefa cup through the premier league?

Really give it 10 years and you will be back to your 15k crowds x
It's only half the size of ours, because most of you smoggies have moved down South.Isn't bad for a town half the size of yours.
Well with financial fair play brighton keep going on about they will never progress. Historically our attendances have fluctuated but are Im the top 20 in england. Give us good football and we will go above 25k attendances and in the premier league up to 30k. We had a 2 year waiting list in 1997 for a season ticket with a new ground, it wears off. We wears down to 28k in 2004. Brighton will be back to under 20k after the novilty wears off.
The ground is too big for us, full stop. We are the most deprived area in england and our attendances reflect that. A £10 a ticket offer on a Friday night on sky produces a crowd of over 28k and most boxing days we get around that also. Give Boro good football and the crowds will be there
I can never understand why the Boro ground is not full. It's a depressing place and surely going to football must be the highlight of the week.
The last two Boxing days you got 20k and 22k. After that you hit almost 28k against Hull. Then it was back down to 20K before you were in the Premier league. The ground is too big for us, full stop.
