Those who are going to vote for Trump will do so blindly and in the face of anything, no matter what, forever.

Those who aren’t going to vote for him, never will.

The rest is just bad theatre.
so if you're correct, then the result of the election will be the same as last time - that's good news!

Jack Smith is a POS hit man for the DOJ and should be disbarred, as should the judge.
Regardless of how the legal case and filings have come about, aren't you a little disturbed by the evidence within it?

Even that article you link to has this in it....

1728121305735.png

And remember, SCOTUS basically instructed them to work out what aspects of the original case were immune and what weren't. Smith has done exactly what SCOTUS told him to do. And then also remember that the only reason this has come out now, so close to the election, is because Trump got it delayed and delayed. It could have been all over and done with by now. And obviously, as you consider Trump to be not guilty of anything - he would have been vindicated.

That's the other question to ask isn't it. If Trump has done nothing wrong, why hasn't he embraced all these cases and got them out of the way. Why do you think he is desperately trying to delay things?

I think this case, and what has been released is probably the most serious and far-reaching of them all.

Maybe rather than reading X, you could actually try reading straight from the actual Court filings (the latest which I posted in a link above) or if that’s too onerous, then reserve judgment.

In a nutshell:

  • 6th February 2024 - An appeals court ruled that Mr Trump is not immune from criminal prosecution for acts committed while he was president and must stand trial for the charges brought in relation to the Jan 6 riots......
Yea good luck with that one after Trump said go home in peace and the Q anon shaman relayed that on loudspeaker outside the Capital building.

That's not quite what he said in full though is it ? He refused to condemn the rioters and even said they were 'very special'. Look at the full transcript.

I genuinely worry how some folk can fall so far down the rabbit hole.

I guess, not reading the evidence being discussed is good for rabbit-hole diving.
The koolaid version is much more palatable

You mean this? From the filing, which I guess you haven't found time to read yet.

[Trump was in his dining room from 1.30 reviewing Twitter and watching Fox News.] [The crowd broke in at around 2.13 - and Fox News went live there]

And at approximately 2:24 p.m., Fox News reported that a police officer may have been injured and that “protestors . . . have made their way inside the Capitol.

At 2:24 p.m., Trump was alone in his dining room when he issued a Tweet attacking Pence and fueling the ongoing riot: “Mike Pence didn’t have the courage to do what should have been done to protect our Country and our Constitution, giving States a chance to certify a corrected set of facts, not the fraudulent or inaccurate ones which they were asked to previously certify. USA demands the truth!” That afternoon, at the Capitol, a rioter used a bullhorn to read the defendant’s Tweet about the Vice President aloud to the crowd trying to gain entry to the building.

The defendant issued the incendiary Tweet about Pence despite knowing—as he would later admit in an interview in 2023—that his supporters “listen to [him] like no one else.”
One minute later, at 2:25 p.m., the Secret Service was forced to evacuate Pence to a secure location. At the Capitol, throughout the afternoon, members of the crowd chanted, “Hang Mike Pence!” “Where is Pence? Bring him out!”; and “Traitor Pence!” Several rioters in those chanting crowds wore hats and carried flags evidencing their allegiance to the defendant.

It wasn't until 3.13 that Trump asked for everyone to remain peaceful. and 4.17 before he told them to go home. By that time the damage had been done.

At 6.00pm the Police confirmed a death, to which Trump's response was that the rioters were 'great patriots'.

I’m not sure if you’re dumb as a bag of cabbage, a troll, or a performance artist.

Either way, you’re quite entertaining.

Will you be gigging anywhere near Lancing anytime soon?

Trump must be shitting his pants at the moment because if he doesn't win he wont be able to pardon himself , spending the rest of his life in prison when he is found guilty.

Forced by whom and from where to where and why? The devil is in the detail. I minute later? This looks staged to make Trump look bad.

Again this is a partisan prosecutors claims that should be taken with a large helping of salt.

Really? You think they staged removing Pence and the others to a safe place? Despite there being recordings of the crowd sent there by Trump shouting things like "Hang Pence"?? These are not claims - these are factual accounts backed up by live TV recordings (including Fox News), live posts from Trump, and so on.

Have you actually read the filing yet? It's full of the detail you stress you need. Go on, read it - you might be surprised at what is there.

Yet there is still not one person on here with a legitimate reason for voting for Harris...a vacuous dullard.
I'm not voting for either of them.

It’s the Prosecutor’s job to make Trump look bad, he’s trying to convict him but as you say with all things Trump …

The devil’s in the detail:
  • ‘The US has invisible stealth fighter jets - you literally can’t see them when you stand next to them’
  • ‘Noise from windmills causes cancer’
  • ‘Dropping nuclear bombs into the eye of hurricanes would be a good way to disperse them’
  • ‘Swallowing disinfectant could clean Covid from the lungs’
  • ‘Sweeping the leaves up from the forest floor will stop the fires’
  • ‘Hurricane Florence was one of the wettest ever from the standpoint of water’
