The irony is that Sanchez didn’t set the world alight, which made Potter’s surprise call up all the more surprising. Huge credit to Potter for taking a chance on him over Ryan, one which has paid off massively for us.
Sanchez started off great at FGR, but tried too hard and made too many mistakes. He was pretty much the bee's knees at Rochdale though - several of us thought he'd gone past Walton at that point, and we were right!

Brighton loanees involved with 3 of the 4 teams in action in League 2 tonight - but so far it's only Ed Turns who has gone up for a corner and scored. Beadle (Crewe) and Miller (Donny) both on the bench.

None of our Championship loanees have even made te bench tonight.
All three League 1 loanees start, includong an an Albion derby - at Derby - Roberts vs. Rushworth.
In League 2. Beadle, Miller and Spong still on bench-warming dutes, awaiting their chances. Weir, Turns all keep their places, and Marc Leonard is recalled to the midfield at Northampton.

When McCart arrived, he was straightaway paired with Turns (who'd played in the previous match) as a CB pairing - they can hardly have met before kick off! It didn't go well, and the Os lost 3-0, and the pair of them got a right slating form O's fans, particularly Turns, who was dropped for the next match. It was pretty much 'Send him back to Brighton, an U21 player at best' from the O's fans.
They seem to have changed their minds.............

Lorent Tolaj got ten minutes for Dundee in their defeat to Morton tonight. Didn't go too well, apparantly - Dundee fans mostly seem to want to send him back. Hope he gets a chance to turn it round (and that he can take it).

Championship loanees nowhere to be seen again.
In League 1, starts for Weir and Rushworth, Roberts benched.
Potential 'Albion derby' at Orient this afternoon - Turns starting for the O's, but no Jenks (injured) in the Crawley squad; Spong on the bench though. Marc Leonard started at Northampton, but Beadle and Miller still awaiting their frst starts (first minutes in Beadle's case).
