3-1 now, but well done the lads so far. After watching the superb U23 performance last night, wish we could see a bit more of the U18s too.Just seen this in the Norwich City Academy twitter feed.

Under 18s, 3 nil up at half time, with an Emerson hattrick
Be interesting to see who goes further out of our two young strikers because they both seem pretty remarkable at this early stage.
Anyone (AZ Gull) know who Zane Albarus is? He was recorded as on the bench for the last u18s game vs Norwich and isn't a name I have seen before.
He was also a new name for me, so you weren't alone. Turns out he's an U-16 from Milton Keynes. Played for a club called Tattenhoe Youth in MK before joining MK Dons in 2014.
His instagram account states "BHAFC", so presumably he's signed on and not just a trialist. I'm not sure when he moved to Albion but I would suspect it is fairly recently (possibly this season).
A couple of housekeeping notes: this season there is both an U-18 Premier League Cup AND an U-17 Premier League Cup (last season the U-17 PLC was introduced but the U-18 PLC competition was not held).
In the U-18 PLC Albion have been drawn in Group E with Norwich, Middlesbrough and Sunderland - full draw details are available on the very good youthhawk website - 2021-22 Under-18 Premier League Cup
In the U-17 PLC competition [reminder - current holders and, so far, only winners --------> Brighton and Hove Albion] Albion have been drawn in Group A with Chelsea, Reading and Southampton - 2021-22 Under-17 Premier League Cup
The match dates for the U-17 PLC are Sep 28/29, Oct 26/27 and Nov 23/24:-

The U-17 PLC competition is held as a midweek tournament and the groups are regionalised to reduce travelling. Up to four 2nd-year scholars (U-18s) can play in each match in the competition, one goalkeeper and three outfield players.
As an aside: the U-23 Premier League Cup competition is already underway and Albion are not involved (and Arsenal are the only "Greedy Six" academy playing in the competition). This may mean that Albion will play in the Premier League International Cup once again, but I have heard no information about that tournament this season so far.
