[Albion] That new Albion song yesterday

It's grim oop north
Seemed to go on loud and proud for ages especially towards the end of the 2nd half

A proper chant everyone can get behind and keep going at full volume

Although there seemed to be a lot of people wondering what the last line of the song was

Thought it sounded great and look forward to hearing it more in the future

Yes, it sounded good, but couldn’t make it all out…

If someone could post

Seemed to start in front of me at the back of the corner stand, block 22.
About 10 guys were singing it and getting the clapping right but no one knew the words. By the 80th minute it had caught on and the guy getting the clapping sorted was great. One verse full clap, one verse every other clap, one verse no clapping then full on again.
Just never got hold of the last line even though they were right in front of me. Felt stupid asking as well.

Sounded good, once everyone knows the 'Pride of the South Coast' line then it should catch on more.

Are they Scotch or Irish? I don’t think some of them know themselves. :)

The Celtic fanbase has been analysed as follows:

1. Scots of Irish ancestry
2. Highland/Gaelic Scots (lowland Scots are more Rangers inclined)
3. Irish
4. English with Irish ancestry
5. Global, with 160 supporters clubs in 20 countries

Capita Consulting estimate that the global fanbase to be around 9 million.

A video of drunk, scotch people ? Not sure that helps with working out the lyrics

And their version ends with the "burning of the (something" - some sectarian slur for protestants one might be tempted to suspect).

Glad they kept going and it caught on. Hopefully a regular fixture now
