Whilst that was hilarious. Those moaning about his performance need to remember he has been out for a good month or so.

He has not played for us for 3 weeks because he decided to act like a prick and kick someone against Wycombe.

No sympathy from me.

Oh and that incident was embarassing:nono:

His defending was terrible today. Does he know how to tackle? At total fault for their first goal.

He was not at total fault for the goal, he was isolated and had no one backing him up, Smith could have done better with the shot too.

Having said that though I thought he was poor in the first half but improved substantially in the second.

What a lame excuse of him being out for 4 weeks. he was suspended, not injured. he's a pro and, as such, should keep himself in top physical & mental condition.

After all, he was only up against conference players.

I rather think his career will go the same way as the last defender we had on loan from Arsenal. Oh carol, he was such a fool.

I'm just saying he's not suddenly shit. Ask any pro, whether it was his fault or not, 4 weeks without playing competitive football, your performance will dip.

I guess what I'm saying is, let's not bash all of our players aye? But I realise I'm fighting a losing battle.

Hoyte was disgraceful and embarassing. Never mind the fact that he was poor today, you have to wonder what future he has with the Arsenal if this is how he plays against a Conference team. Think he'd better start thinking about his future...

Thought he was lucky not to get booked for that.

(For the benefit of those that didn't go, Hoyte dropped to the floor after a challenge rolling around holding his head. Ref eventually stopped play and then Hoyte junped up to have a pop at the R&D player and then dropped back down again to carry on rolling around. Comedy stuff)

Totally agree. Hoyte acted like a complete c unt. Fell to the ground like he had a fractured skull or something. Ref correctly stopped the game straightaway. At which point Hoyte got up and started running towards his assailant. Then fell down again. Then sprinted off like nothing had happened.

Sorry but Hoyte is a Grade A :tosser:

What is WRONG with these people? ???

Don't appreciate seeing that sort of play from a Brighton player, worse coupled with the sending off offence at Wycombe. Not impressed with Hoyte as a character or a player, his only reason for being in the side at the moment is that by virtue of being another professional footballer he is better than Whing has been this season.

Thought the guy behind me chanting "same old Arsenal, always cheating" was pretty funny though!

See in the programme he considers himself to be a central defender more than a fullback.
