That Hoyte nonsense in the second half.

Thought he was lucky not to get booked for that.

(For the benefit of those that didn't go, Hoyte dropped to the floor after a challenge rolling around holding his head. Ref eventually stopped play and then Hoyte junped up to have a pop at the R&D player and then dropped back down again to carry on rolling around. Comedy stuff)

Hoyte was vey poor today, to the point where Poyet switched him to left back - but the winger followed him and continued to give him a torrid time. He looked slow, reluctant to get forward and bottled out of some challenges.

It was bloody embarrassing. And he played like an utter TOOL all afternoon.
Getting nutmegged by a non-league winger might just wake him up to the unpalletable truth that he's not quite as good as he thinks he is.

Did everyone also see the ref ask for water to wash a bit of the pitch? wtf was that about.

The longest nosebleed in the world. 4 minutes of a bloke sitting on his arse while the physio tended to a fricking NOSEBLEED.

Whatever happened to that rule about players not being treated on the pitch ? Christ up a pole.

It made me chuckle when the winger switched as well.

Interestingly I just read in the prog that Hoyte is a 'natural centre-back'.

Was Whing on the bench (I was cold and hungover and wasnt paying much attention)? I thought maybe he could have done a bit better as he puts his foot in a bit more.

Agreed, it was embarassing and R&D fans were justifiably fuming.

No, Whing was sitting in the Northstand today with Kuipers, who had a face like thunder when R. & D. scored.

Tomlin led with his elbow but the ref failed to see it. He had also raised his hand to Hoyte's face earlier in the game.

I doubt if Tomlin will be a non-league player for long but the Rushden fans that I was with, whilst rating him football wise, question his attitude which is apparently not surprising as he is decended from Pikeys!

You're not in the Premiership now son.
