I think we can afford to spend some decent money if the right player is available unfortunately we couldn’t get the deals over the line last summer. The Brighton fans goto list when ever big money is mentioned is flawed if you don’t list players that have worked for similar amounts. As an aspiration that would be perfect.
But we can’t afford those players. Plus look at the money blown on Haller £45m, Joelinton £40m (a goal every 10 games), Pepe £72m, Lacazette £53m.
Looks like we’re settling for a fluid and packed midfield, sometimes playing with Welbeck, sometimes not.
Until we start seeing some goals and results at home In front of our core support (and corporate support) I fear for Potter at the end of the season as I don't think Bloom will accept it.
He's entitled to his opinion. Even if he might be wrong.
We still need a quality goalscorer regardless.

How would I know? I could wish list some sensible options mainly from foreign leagues although the club probably wouldn’t be interested in any of them.Who is this right player?

So do the mods think it's good for the forum to have someone deliberately winding up the Brighton fans? Fair play if that's their call.

Again, there's a very simple "post report" function on the site that, if followed, will mean me, the other mods and the site owner will get to consider the post.
Mentioning one mod, stand alone, isn't helpful.
Sorry!
Maidstone United won the National League South today, they will playing Gillingham in a few years maybe.
Only an Albion loss triggers his release clause from under the bridge
On the flip side, Dover got relegated from the National League with nil points, so won’t be playing Maidstone next year...
