Tough times, tough result. Was very much a "first goal wins" kind of game with two sides that are good at defending and poor at scoring.

Doubt Tony Bloom will sack GP. Bottom six budget team with bottom six squad = likely to end up bottom six.

But obviously everyone at the club needs a win ASAP.

Finally someone else who sees it.
Shame it's Junior. Oh well: beggars can't be choosers.

Good to see your here enjoying another Brighton defeat. Why dont you **** off to Nottingham... oh, right.

Brighton factually.....
Surely Graham Potter has taken us as far as he can.

11 without a win, soul destroying boring boring football, continued denial that we need a striker and utterly perplexing substitutions week in week out.

People bang on about where he's got us, potterball, suggesting I'm trolling etc. I'm not, I've been trying to get this across to you for 2 seasons now. If this is Potterball it's an actual pile of shit. Football is about winning and scoring goals and we do neither.

We are sinking like the titanic and Potter is out of his depth.

I’m really upset about the result no doubt like yourself, as I think even with a depleted squad this was doable, but you know what,we really do miss those big game players like Dunk or even Duffy, Biss would not have been there and did that half arsed clearance. Solidity starts at the back, and brings confidence to the forwards who can be more adventurous knowing the back line is strong, add into that Connolly replacing Maupay, your no where near as strong. None of this is Potters fault…

Get a grip, from a still pissed off Albion fan

Sod off junior, you weapons grade plum.

To be honest if you chucked a normal plum really hard at someone, well I think it could do some serious damage, especially if you hit an eye or something. There’s no real need to strap a grenade to it.

Yes, upon reflection chucking plums sounds a bit daft. I’d rather make a nice fruit salad and have a cup of tea.

What about all the others who are not happy?

I'm not happy.

We are not starting dickish threads on NSC, though.

I'm not explaining it (why, what, how, when) to you because you're evidently and repeatedly not worth it

The only player who was out at the top end of the pitch was Maupay (well you could add permacrocked Welbeck).

The fact that we had tonnes of defenders out made no difference, it wasn't at the back where the problems were.

A terrible day for Potter's way of playing. Excruciatingly slow. When we got behind their full backs there was nobody up there. All of our failings as a club were laid bare.

Potter can have no complaints whatsoever about any negative fan reaction to that

While I disagree with Junior, we are in danger of seeing heads drop as the search for that win goes on.

I do believe that the club has to bring in some talent in January or we will keep seeing similar results.

I’m also dismayed at our set pieces and our finishing. That’s in issue GP has to address and he’s had plenty of time to get on top of it.

Still, only a 1 goal deficit.

We should pursue Forests manager , he’s turned it around since their last bloke was binned off for terrible football

Thoughts?

Good to have TSB back.

This thread is the equivalent of Legends Nite at Butlins.

You really don’t know how this football club works.

Why can't you join in with a thread rather than continued personal attacks? I have reported you to the mods for persistent personal insults towards me.

Stop attacking the manager then.

I haven't heard a peep from the mods so your complaints clearly have no traction.

If you want to pile into Potter, expect push back.

Junior OUT!

It doesn’t help having about 8 players out tonight. It was obvious to see.

With all due respect we're no more effective at full strength.

I really couldn't give a shit either way if GP stays or goes, he's less of a blip on club history than many fans/supporters, or 'customers'.

To give him credit he has tried to get everyone playing 'sexy football' and it does look nice for 10-15 minutes most games. . . . . but he is a total jaffa when it comes to 'winning games' I've seen stoned Panda bears with more penetration when it comes to scoring.

Did I tell you I used to work at Shanghai Zoo? :lolol:
