Hello Brighton Supporters!

Tis your pal from the Palace here.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to each and every one of you who donated money by sponsoring me and Littleal on our forth coming charity walk from Selhurst to Withdean in aid of The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign.

We have already exceeded our £1,000 target, and this would not have been possible without you!

I would like to take this opportunity to invite any of you who are free on Sunday 6th June in the evening, to the The Hydrant pub, London Road, Brighton for a drink with us, when we arrive in Brighton aftet our 40-odd mile walk.
All welcome, but please remember we come in peace and do not want to leave in pieces.

What time do you plan to arrive at Withdean?

Hoping to get there by late afternoon/early evening.

I will however post on the charity thread during the walk to update you all on our progress.
Once we get to the Withdean, the Palace shirts we'll be wearing will come off, as a sign of respect, and we don't fancy getting our heads kicked in, when we are only there to raise money for a worthy cause. Thanks people, you really are very generous, it has been noted many times over how much cash was raised by you guys.

If any of you know any Brighton players get them down the pub.

We have raised additional funds through donations from our players at our POTY awards.

Yep, I've got a band in for the early evening. They play mostly indie and punk covers so hopefully we'll have a good old time.
