Back and better
There's a good reason for that...
Tell me about it!
There's a good reason for that...
I was watching ssn, when their fourth goal went in I thought "Aw crap, c'mon Yeovil!' then I immediately realised I wanted Yeovil to lose... It's been a busy day.
Just noticed that on Boxing Day it's Yeovil v Cheltenham so even if we stay out of it until then then someone below us HAS to get points on that day.
Which would mean they BOTH gain a point on us.But they could both drop 2 points :yahoo:
Yeovil 2 - 4 Stockport
That means we spend another 7 days NOT in the demoralising relegation zone of Division 3 of English football
A POSITIVE thought after a dismal night at Withdean
Which would mean they BOTH gain a point on us.
Did I not read somewhere that statisticaly of the 4 at the bottom on Christmas Day 3 were relegated and 1 team from midtable ish made a sudden drop into that bottom four over the last 3 months of the season.

For you optimists out there Bristol City's record was even worse than ours at the same stage p20 w4 d4 l12 including a six match losing streak after they'd changed manager before picking up points over Christmas, they only bought in 5 players and that included Bas Savage and Mark McCammon (on loan from us).
How many points off the playoffs were Bristol at the end of the season?
That's an interesting post. What it does show that if you're in the bottom few places at christmas, 90% of the time you'll finish in them.
Agree a lot of changes need to be mde soon as possible.
