Unfortunately you have unwittingly displayed your lack of general football knowledge. Dann and Kelly have never been our first choice centreback partnership. If you truly believe we would swap out Tomkins and Sakho you are deluded. Big, big summer for you lot. The football you have served up has been an embarrassment to the premier league.

How many goals have you shipped in your last few games?

but if you think you just need a bit of tweaking here and there, you are severely deluded, and your centre back pairing have been found out for their lack of pace.

That the point he was making wasn’t it ? our normal cb pairing are injured.
But being a Palace fan , you know that

You're having a laugh fella, James Tomkins is an absolute carthorse, he's pony. Even Paceless Grandad Muzza got the run on him for our first goal at Selhurst this season.

He's only good for a 'stick the tail on' game.

Lucky for you he's out

Duffy, Dunk Or James eee oor Tomkins...... hmmmm it's a tough one.

Over the last six games we have ‘shipped in’ seven goals.

We also scored ten, putting us fourth in the form table over that period. :)

Yes thank you Palace for a great performance with no real motivation to give one. Also, for your generous gifts of 2 x 3 points. You really are a club that keeps giving...

Hilarious I'm sure.
You didn't like it, no problem.
But its not actually being used as a joke by some - especially those up the road, who do actually believe that they've done us a massive favour and saved our entire season for us. The goonsquad will be all over it.
Yes, they might want to try and take some credit, but as you say, Cardiff have lost 24 games and they probably won't win against Utd, so yesterday won't have made a difference anyway. My whole point was starting a thread that looks like it's saying 'thanks for beating Cardiff', but it doesn't, it says 'thanks for the 6 points'.

Thought Palace looked very good going forward
We desperately need pace and more attacking intent if next season is to be more than grinding out survival by the skin of our teeth
Didn't Cardiff hit the post within the first minute? We had no such luck, they had their shooting boots on against us.

We obviously need to improve. For me it's not the attacking intent, it's that when we show that intent, we're extremely vulnerable to counter attacks.

So you’ve crawled over the line, congratulations .
We're safe with 2 games left to play. Haven't you crawled over the line on the last day of the season since you came up?

If he stays, you will struggle again with those safety first tactics he employs, but you haven’t got the players to play any other way.
We've got the players to beat you twice, so I'm happy.

Major overhaul needed, with PL ready players required, and your wage limit will have to rise considerably.
In reality you know nothing about our team or what it needs.

Tomkins :lolol: He showed his skills with that nice assist for Andone.
Big, big summer for you lot.
Nah.
The football you have served up has been an embarrassment to the premier league.
Because we ground out the points by fighting, rather than losing with grace? Get over yourself, and thanks again for the 6 points.

You have no idea how sweet it is to do the double over your rivals. None of you have ever witnessed it. EVER!

The highlight of a truly pathetic season. Anti football if you like. Should be embarrassed how you limped over the line pinning your hopes on others. Awful football team.

I agree, we were shit, but that has only highlighted how poor you have been to gift us 6 points and keep us up.
