Pool Valley
Absolutely disagree. Chose from their excellent Thai tapas menu for a Sunday lunch last month - just perfect, and very reasonable too. The Hove branch is usually excellent - been many times.Another vote for Street Thai from me but what ever you do steer well clear of The Giggling Squid - absolutely shocking place.
I cant remember what its called, but there is an amazing little place on Boyce Street (next door to the Fidlers Elbow). There are only 8 tables, but the food and service is the best i've ever experienced.
Not Thai, but as this is a foodie thread, has anyone tried Pompoko in Church St? I've heard good things about it.
not exactly in brighton, rottingdean in fact, but if frequenting this area ROS THAI, your be pleased you did.

Krua Anne, Kensington Gardens - best I've had in town, and it's pretty cheap.
