Well, you know this electricity thing-a-m-bob. Well you bung a load of veg in a small "soup making" machine, flick the
switch, wait and before long you have lovely, lovely soup. Tesco's £40.

well .....I suppose you could. But then you might always get electrocuted and frizzled to a frazzle.

In terms of gadgets - the nutribullet is an amazing thing.

Not bothered will all that smoothie, mmmmmmmm grass for breakfast nonsense. It has a small footprint is bloody powerful and very versatile.

Smashes through whole blocks parmesan for instance. Chucked my stick blender away.

And I've never had rice more perfect than cooked in a rice cooker.

Cauliflower pizza bases are a lot of work but make a good wheat substitute.
Have 8 overwintering cauliflowers at the allotment. If Spring decides to come they'll be ready soon

Cauliflower is awesome. Mashed with celeriac is a great mashed potato substitute. Blend it and steam as a substitute for rice.
