In the Cricketers in Broadwater early evening last night, there must have been some kind of convention/reunion because there was a whole group of local lads and their partners.

I don't get the stigma attached to this. Go to Thailand and you'll find that generally the Thais are really nice people.
Women have a higher standing in western culture and it's generally accepted that they'll be treated better by western men. It works both ways, Thai woman gets a western lifestyle, western man gets a bird that would otherwise be out of his league.

Hey i am just teasing-my brother has a Thai friend and an old mate of mine often goes to Thailand for ladies-not my cup of tea personally,but each to their own.

funny how you get people who usually wouldnt dare say anything un pc will giggle about ting tongs and trannies. its the one area where otherwise very on message people can let off a bit of steam in one handy racism and misogyny bundle, impervious to anyone pulling them up on it.
