Thought the Liverpool coverage looked well amateurish, with Saint, Greavsie and Rosenthal stuck in that wooden box on top of the scaffolding in the East terrace. Only four tv cameras in the ground, virtually no build up also. Still, happy memories. Cheers Cornholio

I started on the Liverpool game. Amazing how much has changed. One substitute, passes back to the goalkeeper, tackles from behind and two sides made up almost entirely of Brits and Irish players. Fantastic.

Did all the build up and agree with Easy about the "girls on the switchboard" and the two suited geezers in the VT room sifting through clips of the Olympics in 1964!!

Am only at half time during the game, 1-0 up and we look pretty good value for it. Hope we can hold out during the second half..

Weird to watch the passing back to the keeper and Jimmy Case 'roughing up' Robson and Wilkins in midfield.. Just how many players would have been left on the field if it was being refereed now?

And Willie Carson as a team captain on Question Of Sport? Thank god Both took over not long after!!
