Tevez to sue Mancini

So, how come not one single person on the bench or on his own staff was able to back up Mancini's version of events?

aside from the points Mellatron make to refute this anyway, no one has backed Tevez's side either.

its plain for a blind man to see that Tevez has been itching to leave Man City, and in trying to engineer his exit he's just taken it too far.

Little bit at the end of the article where they are considering suing him if they can't sell him at market value, as he has acted in a way that lessen's his value.

theres a precedent for that with the cocaine snorting chap from Chelsea.

The PFA will understandably support the player as it is their 'union'.

I feel sorry for the Man C fans who paid good money to see their team compete in the Champions League for the first time but Tevez let them down, when he might have turned things around for them against Bayern. Shame he did not think of them rather than himself.

Ordinary working people who are footie fans would rightly expect Tevez to be dealt with as they would in their own workplaces. In the real world if an employee fails to comply with a reasonable instruction from a line manager that has a fundamental impact on the performance of that company they will be subject to 'performance management' / disciplinary procedures. Deliberately failing to attend his workplace (ie come on as sub) is a fundamental breach of contract, warranting at least meaningful sanction, if not dismissal. But that is probably what Tevez was trying to engineer, so I hope the Club make him honour his contract.

This will become a binfest for the lawyers.

Fine reduced to 2 weeks because PFA refuse to accept 4 weeks.....Gordon Taylor does the PFA no favours in my opinion with his seemingly high and mighty approach.....too much power in the hands of the player in my opinion....who would want to b a manager ..not me!
