Argentine striker Carlos Tevez is set to be disciplined by West Ham after storming out of Upton Park.
The 22-year-old reacted angrily to being substituted in the second half of the Hammers' win over Sheffield United.

"He went straight home after the game and I am very disappointed about that," said Pardew.

"It is disrespectful to me, my staff and the players. I will listen to his excuse. I'm sure it is just disappointment but that's no reason."

Tevez has not scored for Pardew's side since arriving in a blaze of publicity with fellow Argentine Javier Mascherano on transfer deadline day in August.

And their futures are now shrouded in doubt following Eggert Magnusson's successful takeover of the club.

The Argentine internationals were brought to West Ham by Iranian-born Kia Joorabchian, whose planned takeover fell by the wayside before Magnusson stepped in.

However, Tevez had played his part in a gritty performance by West Ham on Saturday and was given a warm round of applause by the home fans when he was replaced by Teddy Sheringham after 65 minutes.

And Pardew added: "I thought he was very good. He wasn't substituted because he was playing poorly. We brought Teddy Sheringham on just to defend set-plays."

According to Sky Sports he was the best player on the pitch today. Understandably you would be pissed off at being subbed if this was the case but in England you dont storm off in a huff. Maybe in sme hot tempered south american countries things are different.

Rumour is they are both off to Fiorentina in January.

But players are barred from playing for three clubs in 12 months (more than two actually).
They played for Corinthians in July, have been playing for West Ham this season, so technically they can't play for la Viola until July/August.
Shame as I do have a soft spot for Fiorentina like, but it's against the rules innit.
