I think they broke Premier League rules, but not FA rules, therefore no. Sounds ridiculous to me but there you go.

Could be that FA match,2005/06 ?, we played at Upton Park, we lost 3-0 and Teves was not named to the squad.

That's strange, I thought he was man of the match from my point of view...

Edit - well TeveZ anyway

Strange that because he tore us apart.

he certainly did, it was the match where he came alive, he wasnt having much luck before that, played us and after that he kept West Ham up.

Didn't we get some money around the time of their original fine?

I don't think so.

Either way I don't give a crap. It's not like one player destroyed us in the second half, was it?

I am sure Soccerbase will oblige but he did play and was most people's MOTM.

Well the position the FA were taking was they were waiting to see the outcome of the Premier League investigation.

I'm not sure the Premier League investigation has actually finished has it ?

The Premier League and FA investigations were re-opened when Lord Griffiths or whoever it was found against West Ham. Basically, over the ruling that he wouldn't have played if all the information had been available to them at the time. They are still open, so there could even be more to come but I would say that is unlikely.
