Am I right in remembering they were on one of the infamous "Strength thru Oi" albums? I think Elvis is Dead was one of the tracks.
Lyrics such as, "Elvis was a big fat bum, he looked more like a pregnant Mum".

Elvis had an heart-attack, 'cos he got too bleedin' fat.
He weighed nearly half a ton, he looked more like a pregnant mum.

Elvis is dead, Elvis is dead.

Elvis had a gammy leg, he had a gammy head.
He had a gammy kidney, he's better-off dead.

In August 1977, Elvis met his fate.
But he couldn't get into heaven, 'cos he couldn't get thru the gate

I don't recall 'Elvis Is Dead' from the Oi! albums that I have/had. They appeared a few times, definitely on the first album twice with Rob a Bank and Intensive Care and also on another Oi album. I can't recall the name of the it but seem to remember a drawing of a skinhead's bedroom. I don't think Elvis is Dead was on that one.
