What is going on?

This week:

Bread £1 a loaf or 2 for £2?

Beer £3.48 for pack of 4, or £7 for 2 packs of 4??

Biscuits 50p a packet or 2 packets for £1.50???

Are they trying to make us buy less??:dunce:

Probably an experiment to see how much the customers blindly follow big POS material.

A lot of lines have price alterations which take place on a Monday and the majority of shelf labels will be changed but there will always be an odd few which get overlooked. At the checkout , the system will give you the best deal and if it doesn't just complain.

for weeks if not months my local Tescos two packets of digestives cost less than a "value pack" of two:shrug:

Thanks Greens :(
Last week after getting home after doing my weekly shop at Tesco, I realised I must have left my pack of four recycled-paper bog rolls at the checkout

I went back next day to the customer service desk, half expecting the cold shoulder, but after presenting my receipt and explaining the situation, was invited to go and get a replacement pack from the shelf, no quibble, no hassle

10/10 to Tesco
