NSC really has gone downhill if an argument can be started over this. How about sparing a thought for the family & saving all the abuse; it's meant to be Christmas!

Indeed, Smudge. A family discovers they've probably lost the light of their life on Xmas day and meanwhile some total c*nts on a football forum 200 miles away bicker about their pointless political leanings. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

It's terrible news, but this isn't a unique story. I feel sorry for her family, and for the families of everyone murdered this year.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Mrs Bozza was walking those very same Clifton streets at the very same time last Friday night, having parkedup for our work Christmas do. I was at home looking after the little fella.

Where they've found the body is a reasonable walk from where her flat is and across the Clifton Suspension Bridge which I'm sure has CCTV, and there has been no mention of here being sighted going over it at all.

The strange part of the whole story, as reported to date, is that her belongings - phone, keys and purse were all found in her flat but there was literally no sign of the food, a pizza, it is known she bought on the way back to her flat.

Hi Bozza

Spoke to a group of her friends on Thursday who were fly posting up Gloucester Road, and have to say most of them were in shock!

Going to be strange times in Bristol till mystery solved!

Because you left wing wankers think about criminals rights before us a law tax payers. fact. wanker!

Or some people, whatever their political leanings prefer to wait to see if, in this case it a) is the missing woman and not someone else(maybe caught out by the bad weather) b) whether the death was self inflicted, a result of natural causes or whether foul play was involved etc...

It hasn't necessarily anything to do with 'criminal rights' but waiting first to discover whether a crime has even taken place - something you have ignored and chosen to state as 'fact' that it was the missing woman and that it was murder.

Over reactions to emotive issues, especially if they take place without waiting or relying on facts can lead to serious repercussions, there was a case in Portsmouth i think, where a man was attacked by a mob because they believed he was a pedo, it turned out he was in fact a paediatrician (doctor specialising in childcare) so would you accuse those defending the doctor as 'left wing wankers who think about criminals rights before us a law tax payers' because they haven't jumped to conclusions or are they just people who prefer to learn the truth before making their minds up?

If you Leftie scum had your way then tax payers would do time and pedo's, rapists, murders would walk the streets as it'll infringed their human rights.

Because tax payers don't commit crimes? Are you some sort of serial idiot or something?

Best never to debate anything with an idiot.

Agreed, I feel guilty for starting it.

A friend placed me on the Facebook Page set up to create awareness, I removed myself as that too had become a debating / slanging match over what has turned out to be a tragedy. Every one is entitled to their opinion, but time and a place, time and a place!

Don't really see the probs, half the Binfest was those in denial. It was always going to be her body and this is proved. Awul for the family.

Total mystery at the moment. I suspect the public appeal as is often in these cases put the family particularly partner in front o the cameras to get body language experts analysing every detail. My gut feeling is an affair and something has happened from that. Just a hunch

Hope you lot are satisfied now you've had your sad little political rants.

I don't really want to keep posting in this thread, but I feel compelled...

The binfest has been because certain posters came on here immediately trying to arrange a lynchmob, desperate to take action against the sick twisted individual who committed this crime, whilst slinging out a few digs at supposed lefties who care more about criminals than tax payers.

The other side haven't denied that the body was Joanna Yeates, they have simply said "We don't know anything. We don't even know if a crime has been committed, let alone if it was a crime that warrants such a response (as opposed to, for example, an accidental death could that be a crime by a "normal" person, not "some vile sick monster").

It's not even a binfest. Not really. It's actually a group of people wanting to take action against a criminal, and another group asking "OK, great, who are we going after and what did they do?" and receiving no answer to those questions.

Condolences to her family. An awful thing to happen especially at this time of year. :(

When Police are quoted as saying they are "keeping an open mind" there's a strong chance she probably knew her killer very well.....
