Michael Portillo filmed in Preston as part of his documentary series Great British Railway Journeys which I find mildly interesting when there's nothing else on.
My second ever Albion game was a 0-0 at home to Preston in 1987. Kevan Brown (remember him?) told the North West terrace to f*** off after getting stick for being crap.
If I say "Preston" the word "Preston" can be heard by others standing nearby ( mostly Doctors and one very fit ward sister) when they hear the word "Preston" being said nearby they might turn, see me saying it over and over again and deduce ( wrongly ) that I have some association with Preston. In actual fact I haven't thought about or spoken about Preston since we last played them. I suspect I will not again other than my craven desire to see them shit all over Burnley tonight.
