How is the government funding the state ownership of those banks that needed bailing out?
With taxpayers money and what reserves we have; but it isn't going straight to the bankers and it isn't ALL of our taxes.

How exactly is it doing more harm than good? Everyone is talking about it. We are debating it here. If they had packed up weeks ago, we'd be arguing the toss over something else entirely.
Oh and for what it's worth, I'm getting more tired of people's intolerance towards protesters. I think there is a valid point to be made, and that is that capitalism is NOT the answer to everything and that it seems that life is becoming less fair rather than more so.
Are these guys protesting about the same thing as the tents in London , if so are they about to be moved on as well ? it looks awful !
