Now that's out it'll make preparation for the final interesting.

I think they'll hire Pochettino.

It feels weird to say it, but I'd quite like Poch to make a success of it. If only to laugh at Chelsea for binning him off and inevitably sacking whomever they are about to hire after 6 months...

I really hope Citeh have recovered from their celebrations and tear them to pieces.
Shame they won't give this mug another season but hey-ho.

I really like that all of the United fans thought that they'd finally got rid of the Glazers way of doing things on the football side and everything is about to change, only for the first act of Ratcliffe's reign to be to do EXACTLY what the Glazers did to Van Gaal in 2016. Funny.

New owners always want their own man in the dugout (appreciate Sir Jim only has a minority stake, but he's seemingly calling the shots on the playing side).

I think they'll hire Pochettino.
He has the gravitas from previous big name clubs that would have their squad take him seriously, and tactically, he is ideally suited to the counter attacking style that their players look best at. It would be the most sensible appointment they could make.

... so that won't happen. :ROFLMAO:

Bet Ashworth is gutted he can’t get involved in the search for the new bloke (yep!).
Potter (obviously) or McKenna have Ashworth appointment vibes

Honestly if it was me I'd tell them to stick it and just not bother turning up tomorrow, fair play to his professionalism that he will
