I don’t know how to post a link but there is a long article in the Telegraph by Jamie Carragher saying how highly rated Potter is both statistically and personally for his managerial skills. It is quite salutary to understand how he is perceived by those who know football best and how irrelevant are the opinions of those who winge on about him who have only a superficial knowledge.

Huge congratulations to Tony Bloom for identifying him as our manager and for sticking with him.

I would not describe Jamie Carragher as ‘people who know football best’ however welcome the praise is

It's like the OP can't attach someone else's thoughts to one of the other 100 or so threads and wants a bit of attention.

Or maybe the OP decided to post something on a chat forum to instigate some debate amongst fellow BHA fans, shame on him. I have use this really revolutionary technique on NSC and what I do is I scan through it and only open the threads that are of interest to me and if they aren't I don't open them, try it.

Same topic with small differences. All the while where there was 10+ threads about "Potter out" or "Potter in/out" at the front page.

You complaining about OP being unable to attach his thoughts to the other threads and seeking attention is like Paris Hilton accusing others of seeking attention...

Blimey, you really do have nothing better to do.

None of those mention Potter or Potter Out. One talks about the usefulness of xG, another about whether Giraffe's tracker is accurate (and I would still challenge that seeing as we seem to lose or draw our easy 3s and win our expected 0s) and a third asks if you can play good football with cheap players, a thread repeated this week on the back of a journalist deciding Potter was "too good" for his players and liberally contributed to by you.

Somebody's got WAY too much time on their hands and cares WAY too much about Mister Vanilla. Time to take a step back from the brink maybe? This level of obsession cannot be healthy shirley?

I literally see no upset in any post on this thread. It’s quite bizarre how sensitive and desperate for reinforcement the Potter fanboy clique is on here.

Think somebody up top on this thread called it about right. Called it a cult. There is absolutely NOTHING in the guy's CV, either as a player or a manager, that warrants this level of devotion. Not seen the like since the level of devotion to Poyet. In both cases, it was a simple case of the new guy has us playing better than the last guy. At which point people go all needy and get a bit head-mental OTT in gratitude. I know times are strange but they're not THAT strange shirley?

Would be nice to have a few more points over a prolonged period before we declare him the messiah
