Paddy Power refunded all bets on Hankey, costing them a few thousand, saying punters hadn't got a run for their money because "he'd been going for the wrong sort of doubles."

Best wishes to Ted Hankey for a full and quick recovery. He's one of darts great characters as Count Dracula.
Looking back on it now it's quite shocking that footage on how ill he was and reminds me a bit of the Tommy Cooper situation when he sadly passed away on stage and people thought it was an act.
