My guess.
Subs: Sullivan, Butters, Loft, Frutos, Robinson.
Also, I wanted to mention the formation vs Bournemouth. Everyone has reported it as 4-4-2 but it didn't look that way too me as you had Frutos wide left, Cox inside left, Hammond center, Fraser inside right. Harty and Revell were swapping around in terms of wide right/up front.
I didn't think it worked at all well in the first half either. I wonder whether he will play 4-4-2 with:
The Official site seems to think its Reid or Fraser though. In which case Frutos may start on the left. I've dropped Frutos in my predictions as I think both Reid and Fraser have done more to deserve a start than Fruity, although he has been improving so it may be worth sticking with him. I think he's much better suited to a 4-4-2 though. He's too high up the pitch in the first formation to make the most of his pace.
Code:
Kuipers
El-Abd Santos Lynch Mayo
Hammond
Fraser Reid
Hart Cox
Revell
