I did a search and couldn't find anything, so was just doing the usual predicted line-up for each game. No changes to the starting line-up, but Gargan gets a place on the bench and I'd expect him to make an appearance. Not really too sure who to leave off the bench out of Cox or Whing, but I'd prefer some defensive cover on the bench.

Kuipers

Virgo
Elphick
Hawkins
Richards

Anyinsah
Thomson
El-Abd
Savage
McLeod

Murray

Substitutes:
Robinson
Gargan
Livermore
Thornton
Cox/Whing

I don't like this line up. It is far too negative. 1 striker and 3 defensive mids in the middle. Sadly though I feel it will be this

I'd have:

Kuipers
Whing Elphick Virgo Richards
Anyinsah Thomson Savage Mcleod
Thornton/Robinson
Murray

I would drop Hawkins, despite him playing well against Peterborough, he said he is low on confidence himself, so why not give Virgo a go in his specialised position.

I would prefer a more attacking formation as Hartlepool leak goals like we have been, recipe for a 3-2 or 2-2 tomorrow

Low in confidence, not surprising after the way people spoke about and treated him. He doesn't need to be dropped, what he needs is to play games and for the fans to get behind him.

no he needs to be dropped for better players such as Virgo or El-Abd, face facts he ain't very good everyone has a good game once in a while if they play enough

After the Peterborough game maybe he finally does deserve a chance in the side. He said himself he played poorly and was at fault for goals, so is it a wonder the fans got on his back. I dont entirely blame him, it is the managers fault too for continually picking him. Groin ops take weeks to recover from, and he was back within 2 weeks, and clearly, so unbeliveably fit it wasnt funny yet he was still played.

I think he can play at this level, he was brilliant until the op, but is he better than what we already have I dont know, maybe he is seen as the old wise head, and you cant question his attitude

Be serious!! I can take people liking Virgo, but El-Abd??

Face facts? What you mean how he was fantastic for us UNTIL his operation, when he had a couple of bad games which has blinkered people into thinking he's been shit! I really can't understand people that think like this, so I'm not going to try, we'll agree to disagree.

Yeah i would take a point tommorow they are in good form at home and scored 5 last week . I would have the two wingers in support of the Murray and maybe hopeing to nick something.

I've thought Hawkins has been good for us he just had a bad spell after his injury.

what? he was poor from the op until the Hereford game, the Peterborough game he was back to somewhere near his form before his op.

He didnt deserve to be in the team until then, but he was injured which was hampering him so badly. I know you like him, but even you could see he was at fault for goals and was playing really badly. I think hes a good player, but he is terrible when carrying an injury

So if we are going by Adams keep the shirt policy, now finally he deserves a chance to start, but he will play anyway, because he always has.

I agree. Barring his distribution, El-Abd is now a very solid player. However i am not a big fan of El-Abd playing as the holding midfielder.

Of course, I'm not blinded by the fact that I like him, I can see he's been at fault for goals, but who hasn't been? Elphick and Virgo have cost us goals.

Indeed they have, Virgo nearly cost us 2 against Peterborough, but Adams said he played well and was solid. Elphick started badly and got better. Hawkins should be OK from now injury permitting, but he cost us goals in 4 games running. Kuipers who has been the player of the season so far (according to my player of the month polls) has cost us goals too.

Not been that impressed with Anyinsah for most of the games he's played so he misses out from my preferred team.
