Same as yesterday except Sullivan for Kuipers.

why exactly, the defense had a shocker for that 15mins after half time, they let Swindon get shots in, and the 2 centre backs didn't play anywhere near what they are capable of, so why single out the keeper?

The story here lies in not having a settled back 4 all season, as sown by the number of goals conceeded, whoever was in goal. - how many times has it been said that Sullivan did nothing wrong but conceeded 4.

Same team as started on Saturday but bring in Sullivan.

We were playing well until Kuipers' individual errors and Slade's hasty change of formation.

Because if he wasnt totally to blame for the 3 goals he was the major contributor

LOL
Did you go to the match if you did you would of seen the main contributors to thier goals were our defence by either backing off thier players and not bothering to close down, a goalkeeper is never totally to blame***, becuase the defenders are there to protect the goalkeeper hence the name defenders if a goal keeper has no protection like on saturday even if its the best goal keeper in the world the opposite team will score goalsi garuntee you that

***-(Except extreme circumstances like missing a kick)

Yes I did go and having watched the goals on the championship many many times am even more convinced he was responsible for all of the goals. The first he started to come for the ball changed his mind and went back, the 2nd was just a poor push out to the striker, and the 3rd again he hesitatedand was caught out at the near post.

Henderson was regularly slated by his critics for doing exactly what Kuipers did for the 2nd goal.

The best manager in the world cannot legislate for individual errors especially when it is by the keeper so I would take the bull by the horns and tell Sullivan he is in until the end of season.

what a load of crap.

Goal 1 - he had 2 defenders between him and the ball, shouldn't they have dealt with it? - if he came out and they still scored you would still blame Kuipers. - he made the right choice tactically, but was let down by others

Goal 2 - they were allowed room to shoot (defense failings again) and no defender followed up in the event of a rebound - very basic stuff really

Goal 3 - Any goal keeper would have been caught there, the goalscorer did really well to get in front of him and lift it past him, nothing Kuipers could do, - maybe the cross shouldn't have been allowed to happen, but wait, you couldn't blame Kuipers then could you

We have conceeded alot of goals this season with Sullivan or Kuipers playing, the problem isn't the keeper but the unsettled line up we have in defense and a lack of confidence (as shown by Virgo's constant hoofing of the ball) - How often has our first choice back four played together in row this season?

GF I dont agree with your analysis of the situations that brought about the goals.

1. Had he continued to go for the ball he would have got it, which is what you expect the keeper to do when the ball is in the 6yd box.

2 The least he should have done was parry the ball down in front of himself to take the sting out of it and then catch it if he couldnt catch it first time.

3. He was very slow coming for the near post and the forward beat him to it.

We will probably never agree and it will be interesting to see if Sullivan is in against Colchester. It appears Bangura and Hawkins are in the running to be included.
