We’re f***ed - thanks to seemingly VAR breaking the rules and telling Gillett to book Dunk - as he def didn’t go to do it straight after Spurs scored… That bloke really has it in for us I tell you.
think it might have been the linesman who said something.....

This is just a thought - but some have claimed that Dunk could have received a red, so the fact he got a yellow could potentially be seen as a let-off!

Just watched this and he made no mention of Hinshelwood being doubtful, is there another clip that says that.

Thanks

Yes. On the first occasion RDZ is asked about Hinshelwood (and specifically a comparison with Gross) he unprompted mentions Hinshelwood as a doubt for tomorrow, and that he'll be tested tomorrow to see if he can play.

End of the day West Ham are totally basic. If we can defend against the break we should win. I’m expecting a RDZ tactical masterclass with Pedro, Lallana, and Buonnanote as a back 3 with Van Hecke as Cam to fry David Moyes brain and bring home the 3 points.

If the injury doubts are unavailable then;

Steele;
Gross, Van Hecke, Milner, Estupinan;
Gilmour, Baleba, Lallana;
Buanonotte, Welbeck, Joao Pedro.

After 874 professional games, Milner has never played in two positions. Goal keeper and centre back.

Having been superb in an advanced role for us against Spuds, surely we can find another solution at the back rather than have him playing in defence again where he has generally been poor for us?

Could RDZ be playing a bit of mind games in saying players are doubtful then they’re Enwas no obvious word Pervis was going to be playing such a big part against Spuds just that he might be back on the bench.

The U21s CBs must have done ok against league opposition several times this season.

It will be one of the most fascinating (and frankly scary) selection decisions is a good while.

I just wonder if the answer will be something none of us have thought of

Pervis only came on because Igor was injured. I don't suppose he was going to get more than 20 minutes under the original plan.
And the butterfly effect....no Igor injury, no worldie from Pervis.

But I would imagine we'd rather not have to play pervis out of position for a full 90 in this game. Higher chances of an injury recurring.
