Find the picture you want, then click on the picture to make it big (if using google images).

Then right click on the image, click 'copy image location'.

Then when posting on NSC there is a yellow icon with a mountain and a sun above where the text you are typing appears. Click that, paste the image location in to the text box, click OK.

Then you have a picture of one of NSC Minnesota's flairniacs.

Or what Braders said, my way sounds more complicated but is about the same really.
