I disagree with people who like the 4-3-3 option, as every time I have seen us play that system this season, against Peterborough and Carlisle, it has failed woefully.

I would also love to see Livermore in the centre of midfield, but as we are spectacularly low on options there at the moment he has to play left back.

I'd swap Sullivan for Andersen and Cox for Carole. Carole is a winger, I don't think he'll have any joy in the middle, whereas Cox is supposed to be a winger but is more effective in the middle. Andersen can tootle back to Reading as far as i'm concerned, I'd rather have Sullivan in goal and Fraser on the bench(who's supposed to be pretty handy between the stick)

Why?

From what I've seen so far he's nothing special, but no worse than Sullivan, and I think now we may as well stick with one keeper and TRY to get him settled behind the defence. Since he's had the last two games it may as well be him.

Bangora and Birchall must be the centre mid combination of choice. Bangie to hold and Chrissie to feed the strikers. You can count on one hand the incisive passes from midfield this season and the assist for Nicky's goal at Luton is the best of the 'bunch'.

Any 4 -3 -3 formation will allow us to be overun in midfield and as Russell Slade has said one of our biggest problems is that we allow too many crosses to come into the box I cannot see him opting for that formation and thus allow many more.
