I will be pretty disappointed if El-Abd plays. I appreciate we may be struggling at the back. But after his performance Saturday, and how key this game is. Might be worth giving someone else a try. Hart on the right of defence doesn't sound like a bad idea, but not sure how his legs are after 90 minutes Saturday?

I think El-Abd would be fine to replace him, was tricky conditions on Saturday coupled with a bad performance. IMO he'd definately be better at RB then Hart- have you not seen Harty play RB? His sliding tackles are cringe worthy and he always gives away plenty of free kicks on the edge of the area. RB is an area where being "niggly" is not an advantage.

I also have the feeling Davies will start tonight after being left out on Saturday. I think he was left out so he was fit and also to just rest after however many frustrating games he played. Hopefully he can come back and be a bit more relaxed and calmer.

If Gary Hart is fit enough to start tonight, then there is NO way I'd play him at right back!

Have any of you actually been watching him play upfront recently!? He needs to stay up top with Owusu as they look like a good partnership. Hart is being so creative again at the moment, and I feel we'd be missing out on that by playing him at right back.
