Would you favour playing a full strength team, a team with a few players on the fringes of the first team integrated (Hoskins, Crofts, Dunk), or give the young players a chance to impress?

I would give Hoskins Dobbie and JFC a start to show what they can do both Dunk and Croft have had a ample opportunity and shown that they are not up to it at the moment but neither Hoskins nor Dobbie have been given the chance and we need to see how JFC has progressed having been out on loan.

That's a good point, although WA said on the radio yesterday he thinks JFC will be 'nowhere near' the first team.

Same team?

if it was lower league, wouldnt mind seeing Dobbie and a few others start, but its the F.A Cup, a win could see us playing a Big Team away, with some decent Wonga....plus, Newcastle are there for the taking at the moment

If we have any pretensions at all about playing Man United next season, then we should make the very best out of this opportunity to test against quality opposition.

Even losing such a Cup game energises both team and supporters - witness Aston Villa the other year, and even the heavy defeat at Liverpool.

Newcastle are very dangerous. They scored three away at Arsenal. But they have not beaten us in the FA Cup for over 80 years!

Bring Vicente and Buckley on at 66 minutes,
