Obviously getting in early, and the pre-match press conference might throw a spanner into the following suggestion, but I'd like to see something like the following for Thursday:

I think Adingra and Fergie need a bit of a rest, but having both come off the bench in the second half will give us a boost. This selection is tough on JPvH, but one out of those three will have to miss out (unless there's problems with full-backs). Beyond those three, others likely to play some part include Milner, Dahoud and Buonanotte.

I don't think we will see Baleba and Veltman in the same line up. Baleba starting looks to mean the full backs playing higher up.
