Didn’t see too much of the game last night... did Sanchez do well? Well enough to keep his place?

We could conceivably see a flat back 4 of Veltman White Webster Burn. A midfield of Lamptey Alzate Bissouma Trossard with Lallana behind striker X.
Agreed. I prefer the dynamism that Alzate and Bissouma provide, they have the ability to take the ball on the turn and start attacking moves, something White doesn’t have in his locker yet, I’d prefer to see him developing in defence.Yes I agree, I think there's every chance of that and don't think it would be the worst idea either.
With White, he's clearly a very talented player and is ok in central midfield - he was my MOM against Palace actually. But I think we're wasting him there, as you say he is still learning and is actually still learning how to play as a centre back at the top level. I just want him to focus on that as I think he could be one of the best defenders in the country. In midfield he looks just like a defender playing out of position and he has noticeably been caught out of position a number of times in the last 2 games particularly and I don't think we can afford that.
I also think in Alzate and Molumby (and maybe Sanders?), we have some talented young players who are actually central midfielders and could do that job as well as and probably better in my opinion.
Here's how I expect Potter to line us up,
---------------Lamptey---------------
----Ryan--Maupay--Bissouma--
---------------Gross------------------
----Alzate----Lallana----Zeqiri----
---------------Cashman-------------
--------Veltman----Propper-------
Yup, this. Maybe Maupay for Welbeck (although the latter provides more height, which will be needed against Burnley), but the rest looks obvious to me.

Sometimes I think that josé izquierdo may be what is missing. His goals to game ratio isn't great for us but he does have an annoying desire to always attempt try to shoot.
Perry Digweed
Donald Shanks
Gary Williams
Tony Grealish
Steve Foster
Steve Gatting
Jimmy Case
Andy Ritchie
Michael Robinson
Neil McNab
Gordon Smith
This...but Bobby instead of Gordon.
These were a good side, good enough for 3-3 vs Liverpool. I was there, I'd like to say I remember, but frankly I don't!
