To the neutral Brighton and Burnley must be 2 of most uninteresting teams so why has it been chosen for TV

Any formation that reverts to CH’s chosen preference of defend in depth and hit them on the break. When we were more points clear of the relegation places I was crying out for us to be more expansive

Yes, I’m getting twitchy.

Both sides first thought is defending so will be interesting

Brighton have not scored at home for five hours. Locadia got a fortunate goal vs Everton. Another two hours for the one before that, another fortunate one by Locadia vs Arsenal. The most likely reason was the absence of Pascal Groß.

Surely there will be no changes to the team that played well against Watford, with the possible exception of the return of Stephens if he is fit.

Can we recall Hemed ?

no thank goodness, his days are long gone.

Taking into account the replay etc my team to start would be if all fit.

Ryan
Montoya... Duffy...Dunk;;;Bong
Jahanbakhsh ...Stephens...Propper... March
Gross
Murray
Subs: Button Bernardo Burn Bruno Bissouma Locadia and Kayal

on 2nd thoughts perhaps Knockaert instead of one of Bruno, Bernardo or Kayal.as a more attacking option

a galaxy far far away
It will be the usual team, but i'd apply the following exceptions.

Given Stephens injury and Bissouma coming off, we can't justify 3 centre mids when we have plenty of good wingers. 4-4-1-1
Get Pascal up near Murray where he plays his best football
Bernardo didn't look quite 100% in the week. Bong is in form. For me, he keeps his place.
Bardsley and Taylor as full backs for Burnley are just begging to be attacked with pace. Knocky and March on the wings.
Murray plays. Apart from his goals at WBA, we need his physicality to defend set pieces

Bong will start. See the Evening Anus. He's already rubbing his hands together at the prospect of getting Claret grief :lolol:

I wouldn't include Gyorkeres in the squad for a league game as I think that he has shown that at the present he isn't ready yet as he is too easily pushed off of the ball, perhaps next season. He is still young so time is on his side for him to bulk out and get stronger
