The first of, hopefully, more than six swift Thursday/Sunday turnarounds where the depth of RDZ's squad is going to be tested.

Joel Veltman, please.

What is your chosen XI to send those plucky little bastards back home to Dorset pointless?

Given the physicality (and aerial threat) of a certain Bournemouth striker, I’d like to see Bart between the sticks.

I’d also be playing Joel whenever he’s fit and able… I’d like to see Mo in CM too. Welbz to lead the line.

If Dunk is out, Webster needs to return.

assuming Dunk is fit

Verbruggen
Veltman Van Hecke Dunk Pervis
Gilmour Gross
Adringa Pedro Fati
Welbeck

If Dunk is not fit I would play Lamptey and put Veltman at CB

March and Mitoma need to know last night was not good enough.

What's the situation with Ferguson? Still feel like we haven't played our best starting eleven yet.

Agree with the team, but would regard March and Mitoma as being rotated rather than dropped.

Sounds like he was expected to play last night but he'd been ill in the afternoon so was sent home from the Amex.

So, all being well, he can feature on Sunday.

Veltman - Van Hecke - Dunk - Pervis

Gilmore - Dahoud - Gross

March - Ferguson - Adringa

I'd give Mitoma a rest and use him off the bench if needed. Same with Pedro. Both looked knackered before being subbed.

60 mins potential sub on all of Welbeck, Mitoma and Pedro. I like having some big guns on the bench rather than starting. Seem to have a bigger impact once the other team has tired out.

The 11 who started against Man Utd, maybe Bart in goal.
And Fergy for Welbs if Fergy has recovered from his sniffles.

Ideal situation is to have players capable of influencing the game from the bench with 20/25 minutes to go. Therefore, starters yesterday such as JP, Fati and Mitoma to be on the bench. Start Ferguson if over illness, Andingra, maybe Welbeck.
Possibly give Gross a rest and start Dahoud.

Verbruggen in goal, that's for damned sure. No place for March or Mitoma on the wings for me, both very poor last night.

Verbruggen
Lamptey Van Hecke Dunk Estupinan
Dahoud Gross
Adingra Joao Pedro Fati
Welbeck

Although I am reluctant to see Pedro and Fati start together for fear of them continuing to stand on each other's toes.

I don’t think we should underestimate Bournemouth…picking just Veltman seems you are taking them quite lightly
