think that Gus maybe getting pissed off with certain players and may throw Hoskins and Vicente in or at least put them on the bench. Desperate throw of the dice maybe, this is unless he brings in a goalscorer in the meantime. Possibly Dunk for Greer who hasn't performed very well lately and has looked very shaky when El Abd has been taken off.

Hoskins could possibly be on the bench but I doubt he's ready to start. Looked ok on Monday night but still lacked the final touch, which is understandable considering he's been out for almost 3 months.

Unchanged I'd have thought, unless we can sign a striker.

Orlandi should be back in. Doubt there'll be any other changes though personally I'd like to see us hoiking JFC back.

a..We cant bring him back immediately
b..He would not be the answer as he is not doing much for Oxford at the moment and is greatly in the shadow of Peter Levin.

Worth repeating your point (a).

No matter how many times it is repeated and repeated on here, people still think JFC can be recalled from his loan. He CANNOT, it is against the rules for half season loans.

I wouldn't agree with that after Gus's comments about last night and how we are very slow starters.
Not sure how changing one or two players would stop that. Perhaps a f*cking rocket up their arse PRIOR to taking the field would be the way to go.

cant understand why KLL hasnt been given a chance recently TBH, thought last night we was crying out for a bit of pace down the left side, especially in the last 20 mins

I think that by dropping established players and I mean completely taking them out of the squad could be the rocket the rest need.

I stand corrected re hoiking him back but still feel that neither him nor Toby have so far had the chances that they have deserved.

Edit: not suggesting that either of them are any kind of miracle solution btw.

It's all well and good Gus stating that we are slow starters maybe he should be something about it and send the lads out with a more positive mind set and not sit back and wait for something to happen.

I wouldn't change the line up but I would give them a rocket before kick off and tell them "to pull your finger out from the first whistle".

I have no idea why people think Dunk for Greer would make any difference.

Conceding goals is not our problem.

Leave the back 5 alone... play two up front.

EXACTLY.

what is the point of geeting in a proven Championship goalscorer like Dobbie if you don't play him in his best position.

My team:

Back 5 as it has been
Buckley, Bridcutt, Crofts, Dicker
Dobbie
CMS

To be honest, I challenge anyone to name our best team. With the amount of players we have in midfield it's impossible..I seriously doubt Poyet has a bloody clue what his best team is, let alone formation.
