On reflection, I think the most interesting point he made was to say that if the FFP limits are increased our budget will be too. Many on here, including me, thought that our adherence to FFP was driven, in part, by TB's desire to only fund the club to the tune of an operating loss of £8m last year (and declining thereafter). Saying that he'll increase the budget if the FFP limits go up shows that TB is prepared to fund us to the limit that FFP allows (presumably there is some cap on his largesse, but he doesn't seem to think that any revised FFP limits will get to that cap) and that therefore our adherence to FFP is entirely down to TB believing that that is the right way to run football clubs and not also because he doesn't want to fund us above £8m anyway.
