The licencing officer in my area has stated any driver seen displaying flags banners or stickers , will be taken off the road immediately and will be liable to suspension.

On the basis you mean in relation to the England flag, did anyone question why such a decion has been made?

in certain areas I think it is implemented (strictly) though , I don't see anything wrong with it, as long as your not making any insult or whatsoever disrespectful act to the flag.. It could have been something we must be proud of, But if it is really part of the law I guess we need to abide with it..
