Hi.
I am taking my Grandson to his first ever match at the amex on Sunday 13th.
Getting there is no problem as we will get to the ground early to avoid crowds as he gets anxious in large queues etc.
I was thinking of getting a taxi from the ground to the marina where we are meeting some other grandkids and grand mother.

Can someone advise best firm to call (with number if possible) and best place for pick up please?

If we don't win, he will not be going again as he would be a jinx :););)

Good luck with that! If the weather is ok it might be worth either hopping on a park and ride bus to the race course, or walking up Falmer road to woodingdean, and then getting a different bus to the marina.

All free of course with your match tickets

Don't think many have read the OP second sentence.

Pre book and get from designated area sounds the best way

Indeed with the OP grandson not being a fan of queuing or large crowds l think we can forget all about public transport.

Brighton & Hove Radio Cabs on 01273-204060 is the way to go.

Other taxi services are available.

None of us are fans of queueing and young 'uns can get bored and impatient.

As grandson does not appear to be afraid of crowded stadiums, just tell grandson that a crowded queue is like being in a crowded stadium, but moves a little bit :)
