Good to see him back, solid game today. Even if the commentator on my TV coverage insisted on calling him Lampity.

Tariq showed that he can cover LB whilst assisting for goals. A huge plus from today.

Thought he was absolutely class today.
Looked like he was on a leash a bit in the first half, beat his man a few times but checked his run, second half was like he was told to go for it.
Two great assists, looked a handful. I can see him playing a big part this season.

Brilliant. This is why some of us wants to keep him. That player from 20/21 is still in there and he showed that today. Out of position too

A couple of patronising comments on this thread.
Took an unfair and incorrect early yellow and stiil put in a scintillating display.
He proved today that he is, was and always will be an exciting player.

RDZ came out early in the window and made it clear he is an important player.
Bloke is class.
Will be a major factor in our successes this season.

From a non-selfish view, it'll be nice to see him play in the AFCON, will be good tournament experience for him.

So glad for him, ok one game doesn't define his season but he looks good and long may it last. Its his smiling through adversity which is so uplifting....
