Don't Chelsea have a buy back clause in his contract?
I don't think they do

Quick, strong and clever.
We're unlikely to keep him long term but he will be a huge part of the team for as long as he is here.
Seems to have settled in well already and definitely a great prospect. And an absolute bargain.
Being touted for England in The Times today....
As much as i'd love to see another Albion player in the national side, I can imagine that Alexander-Arnold has the position sewn up for the foreseeable, barring injury/suspension etc.
Right back is one of the tougher positions to get a shot at in the current England set up. TAA, Wan Bissaka, Walker, Trippier, Reece James...
I’m pretty sure he qualifies to play for Ghana as well, this may end up his route to international football.

Why?
He chose the Albion.
The Albion have been true to their word and played him.
The club have stated ambitions of top 10.
He has no competition within the squad.
The club loves a contract extension.
Mr Bloom doesn't sell assets.

Yup. Truly bizarre right back situation. Southgate going to have to do a Potter and start with two of them.
He Did just that in the World Cup, playing Trippier at RWB and Walker on the right of a back 3.
He is really ****ing good isn't he.
Amazing strength for a 19 year old
Or goalie.Tariq may have to switch to centre back to get e regular place in the England team.
What?
Or goalie.
